FAQ
What is Bulldoku?
A free browser logic puzzle with bulldog pups. Rules are similar to Sudoku and Queens: place pups in colored regions with no row/column repeats and no touching.
What are the main rules?
Exactly one pup per colored region, per row, and per column. Pups must not touch, even diagonally.
How do I mark cells and place pups?
Single tap toggles a cross. Swipe marks multiple cells. Double tap places or removes a pup.
What happens if I place a pup wrong?
A wrong placement costs a life. After three mistakes you can watch an ad to continue or restart the level.
How many levels are there?
The campaign has many levels of varying difficulty plus a separate daily puzzle with streak rewards.
What is Premium?
Premium removes the free hint limit and ads for hints/lives. Payment via YooKassa (Russia only).
Do I need an account?
No — play as a guest. An account saves progress and hints across devices.
Where are level walkthroughs?
Every campaign level has a free logic guide — for example Level 1 or Level 18 with step-by-step boards. Open Guides for articles and early walkthroughs.
How does the daily puzzle work?
One shared puzzle per calendar day (Moscow time). Complete it to extend your streak. Past days stay in the archive at /daily/YYYY-MM-DD.
Can I play on mobile?
Yes — in a mobile browser, as a PWA, or via the RuStore Android app.
Is each level always the same board?
Yes. Campaign levels use a fixed pack — level 18 is always the same puzzle, so walkthroughs match your game.
How do I improve at logic puzzles?
Mark crosses first, read Bulldoku solving techniques, then study walkthroughs for levels where you get stuck. Replay early levels without hints.
